Opportunities also exist for a number of investors to become significant shareholders in the Canberra A-League team. There are 5 shareholding blocks on offer for $500,000 each which are available to both individual or consortium based investors.

Shareholders will have voting rights in key decisions of the club, and will receive significant community exposure.

Each shareholding block of $500,000 will receive 1 vote (i.e. investment of $1,000,000 will have 2 votes).

In addition to shareholders, the Executive Chair will have one vote to exercise on behalf of the Board and the Foundation members and will also hold the casting vote.

This presents a unique opportunity for interested parties to be investors in what may be the
last significant and underdeveloped / expanding football league anywhere in the world. It is a truly once off situation to be involved from the ground up, with the associated benefit of
creating value in an organisation and brand. Investment in an A-league team in Canberra should be viewed as a long term commitment to football and the region with some inherent potential financial returns.
